Dough You Believe It? Artisan Pizza Just Got Fired Up at The Valley

Worcestershire’s own Pizza Nostra is set to delight food lovers at The Valley, introducing a unique artisan wood-fired pizza experience to the growing destination. Founded in 2023, Pizza Nostra operates from a custom mobile unit equipped with a traditional wood-fired oven, ensuring that each pizza is crafted with care and attention to detail.

With a team boasting extensive experience in fine dining alongside culinary heavyweights like Nick Nairn, Brian Maule of the Roux Brothers, and Gordon Ramsay, Pizza Nostra emphasizes a flavour-first approach. “We believe in doing the right things well,” says Arash, the founder of Pizza Nostra. “Our dough is slow-fermented, and we choose our ingredients with great care. Every pizza is made to order, allowing guests to enjoy a truly fresh experience. We’re incredibly excited to join The Valley.”

Guests will have the opportunity to witness the entire pizza-making process, from hand-stretching the dough to the final bake, which takes only around 90 seconds. This transparent process adds a touch of theatre to the experience, making each visit a visual delight as well as a culinary one.

Pizza Nostra is the second independent food businesses to join The Valley in recent months. Emily Burton, Senior Marketing and Commercial Manager, expressed her enthusiasm: “Pizza Nostra embodies the spirit of The Valley, bringing high-quality, artisan food to our guests. Their arrival adds even more choice for visitors, and we’re thrilled to welcome them as they contribute to the visitor experience.”
