Overview

Rieker are seeking a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead our footwear retail team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of store operations, drive sales, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of retail staff

• Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns

• Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards

• Oversee administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and reporting

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment

• At least 1 year of proven sales and leadership experience

• Strong team management and motivational skills

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

• Effective communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

• Proficiency in handling administrative duties

• Multilingual abilities are a plus
