The Valley Adventure Play Castle

To celebrate the 750th anniversary of the Battle of Evesham on 4th August 2015, The Valley opened its own Castle Adventure Playground in keeping with the historic event.

The playground is in the style of a castle with turrets,  children can enjoy climbing, sliding down a Fireman’s Pole, crossing a net bridge and descending the slide, whilst you watch from the idyllic picnic area set in the beautiful countryside.

To reach the playground take a ride on the Evesham Vale Light Railway steam train, named Monty after Simon De Montfort of The Battle of Evesham.
